Insert buzz word here.   Paleo.  Keto. Meditation.  Fasting.  Journal.  Yoga. Running.  Everyone has their opinion.  You are different than me.  I am different than you. Some things that work for me will work for you, some things will not. Only way to find out is to try them and track them.
